Introduction
BEXCAM, a Queensland company based in Gladstone, has been serving the needs of Mining and Industry
since 1997, by offering Engineering and Maintenance support services
through the provision of personnel, software and equipment hire.
“Our aim is to provide these services at competitive
prices, within the agreed time and to the highest standard, without
compromise to safety, quality and the environment.”

Rates vary depending upon the role and the person completing the task.
Where possible to ensure costs are kept to a minimum, it is BEXCAM
policy, to provide fixed price quotations to an agreed scope of work.
Personnel can be supplied on an hourly rate basis.
BEXCAM personnel are able to work from our offices,
their own premises or on-site as the client requires.
Our clients, some of the leading Mining and Project
Management companies in Australia, include: Australian Kaolin, Australian
Magnesium Corporation, Barclay Mowlem, Bechtel, Comalco, Minenco, Monduran,
Orica (ICI), Pasminco, and Queensland Cement Limited (QCL).

BEXCAM Engineering and Maintenance Services Pty. Ltd. is a
Queensland owned and managed Company, specialising in the following
support services:-
BEXCAM is a member of a network of Associates and support
Companies.
Qualified and highly skilled professionals are drawn from
a core group and supplemented by proven specialists for the duration of a
project.
All services provided compliment each other ensuring our
clients receive a complete, multi-disciplined approach to their project,
construction and maintenance requirements.

has had no fatalities, major injury, safety or environmental incident since its formation
in 1997.
Australian industry is realising that to remain
competitive in an increasingly more demanding environment, it must
downsize its Engineering and Maintenance departments, then draw on
expertise as and when required and demand excellence.

provides this service, while adhering to established safety and

the intended purpose and agreed specification.
BEXCAM will not undertake work that does not meet the minimum
relevant statutory requirements.

implementing and improving the Company's Quality System to ensure long

The needs and expectations of our Clients is the foremost objective of
BEXCAM's Management and are monitored regularly to ensure these
needs and expectations are met.
Monitoring is achieved by:-

Maintaining an up-to-date
client correspondence register.

Conducting and documenting
regular review and verification sessions, both internally and with the
client.

Ensuring the distribution of
all drawings, documentation and equipment is carried out in a controlled
manner via a registered transmittal form.

Maintaining and enhancing a
detailed work schedule with regular feedback to client.

Maintaining a scope of work
change register, to identify and document change/revisions/amendments to
initial scope of work and related issues.

Developing and maintaining up
to date and detailed costing records for each project.

Alerting the client,
immediately, of problems encountered in meeting the agreed scope of
work.
